About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Darrell's Restaurant 5576 Fenwick Limited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining area.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Load and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Store dishes and utensils in designated areas to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Assist with food preparation and portioning as needed.
  • Restock refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards with supplies and ingredients.
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
  • Handle and store cleaning products and supplies.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, and polish floors.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a team-oriented setting.
