Requirements:

- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on development and growth.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to make informed decisions that support business objectives.
