Resident Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Services Manager to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a key member of our retirement community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Promote positive customer service principles and practices with residents, staff, and visitors at all times. Handle resident enquiries diplomatically, utilizing problem-solving and complaint resolution skills.
- Human Resources: Manage staff in accordance with policies, legislation, and collective agreement. Responsible for recruitment, selection, orientation, supervision, development, and performance management of the Concierge and Chauffeur/Driver team.
- Marketing & Promotion: Respond to all sales enquiries using the script and directives provided by the Retirement Counsellor or designate. Collect all required information from enquiries and ensure that all messages/information are communicated promptly.
- Experience with front-line customer service and administration.
- Ability to function calmly in stressful situations and environment, ensuring that the focus is continuously on high-level service standards and details.
- Positive attitude and proven customer service skills through related work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, adept at problem-solving, strong communicator that is able to delegate, but is also willing to lead by example.
- Completion of grade 12 education and additional applied courses preferred.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Must demonstrate computer proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word and PowerPoint.
