About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, leading a team of employees, and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Description:
- Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, provide guidance and support to ensure successful store operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an excellent experience, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the store, including cash handling, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Spreadsheet applications.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail while standing for extended periods.
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience preferred.
- Possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
