As a Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Intern, you will be part of a collaborative team that partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to tackle complex business challenges.
What You'll Do- Apply problem-solving skills and frameworks to develop innovative solutions for clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to derive actionable insights and inform client decision-making
- Design custom analyses using advanced tools and software, including Excel, Access, and ZS's proprietary software
- Communicate results effectively to clients and ZS teams
- Collaborate with clients and ZS teams to implement solutions and drive business outcomes
- A strong academic record in analytic and quantitative coursework, with a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn and adapt
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
- Aptitude for working in teams and a quality-focused mindset
