Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist physicians and medical staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and preparing patient records.
  • Perform various clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, collecting samples, and preparing patients for exams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager or other senior staff members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical Office Assistant Qualification is an asset.
  • Recent customer service experience.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and medical terminology is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information.
