Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist physicians and medical staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and preparing patient records.
- Perform various clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, collecting samples, and preparing patients for exams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager or other senior staff members.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical Office Assistant Qualification is an asset.
- Recent customer service experience.
- Experience with electronic medical records and medical terminology is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information.
