Retail Store Supervisor

Virk Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training
- Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules and ensure the store is well-staffed at all times
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff
- 5-10 years of experience in retail sales or management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
