Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bansal Finance & Consulting Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring seamless access to information.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics and communicating with attendees.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
