About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Jjam Management. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
    • Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures to ensure a clean and healthy environment for customers.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Language and Communication
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
