Pharmacist Role in Community Healthcare

About the Job
We are seeking a part-time Pharmacist to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy in Kamsack, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide safe and effective drug therapy while focusing on clinical services, patient engagement, and workflow efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate care plans, follow up and document medication reviews and disease state management.
- Administer vaccines and determine appropriateness of drug therapy.
- Monitor medication adherence, collect and document patient information, and recommend OTC products and vitamins.
- Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in restricted activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in retail pharmacy settings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
