About Feth Farms Ginseng Company Ltd.

We are a leading producer of high-quality ginseng products, and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Farm Laborer.

Job Summary

The Farm Laborer will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our farm, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, Cultivate, and Harvest Crops: Assist in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops, including ginseng, to ensure high-quality yields.
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, planters, and harvesters, to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Examine Product for Quality: Examine crops for quality and readiness for market, ensuring that only the highest-quality products are sold.
  • Assist with Farm Maintenance: Assist with general farm maintenance, including repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of farm equipment and facilities.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized.
