Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
The position offers staff accommodation and is set in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain financial and production records to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Provide essential agricultural services including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
- Coordinate and supervise the efforts of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
- Ensure adherence to farm safety and bio-security protocols.
- Oversee quality control and maintain production logs.
- Supervise crop-related operations and manage work schedules.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff to enhance productivity.
- Operate and maintain various farm machinery and equipment.
- Perform general farm duties as required.
- Expertise in agricultural crop services.
- Experience with hydroponic culture.
The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
