Job Description

A Senior Manager role is available in Corporate Credit Risk Analytics. The successful candidate will assist the Director in managing workflows and coaching team members to ensure risk assessments, portfolio management, data integrity, and reporting requirements are met.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Analysts who perform risk assessment analysis using tools to determine borrower appropriateness and escalate matters requiring attention.
  • Monitor ODAR, CreditLens Refresh Report, exception reports, industry, and connection exposures.
  • Timely completion of internal and regulatory reporting in accordance with Bank policy and procedures.
  • Lead efficiency or streamlining initiatives impacting CCRA and external processes.
  • Champion a risk culture with a bold change mindset, building trust, and prioritizing client needs.
  • Communicate credit authorizations accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date SDR in accordance with Bank policy and procedures.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Credit units, Banking Units, and other Global Risk Management units.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with financial statements and solid analytical skills.
  • Excellent understanding of Bank credit policies, processes, and procedures, including risk rating processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various industries covered by Corporate Credit/FI Credit.
  • Collaborative relationship-building skills within the unit and across GRM-Corporate Credit units.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent computer skills, including data analytics and Microsoft Office.
  • Pro-active in improving efficiencies within the GRM-CCRA unit and partner interactions.
  • Ability to train, coach, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Leading training sessions for CCRA team members to enhance credit knowledge.
  • Log management and assignment of requests, with training and coaching to team members.
  • Active participation in C360 Change Committee & CreditLens Governance Committee.
  • Compliance to audit requirements and CCRA Job Aid.
  • Work closely with Fulfillment Manager to meet SLAs with partners.
