Job Description:

Foiling innovative solutions for the future, Foilcon is a leading organization seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead our next-generation project.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned project manager with expertise in delivering complex digital and IT projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in managing large-scale projects, driving business transformation, and leveraging technology to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with our organization's strategic objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects
  • Provide regular progress updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and other key stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities, issues, and lessons learned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • At least 8 years of experience in delivering complex digital and IT projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, and vendor partners
  • Knowledge of project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
