Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality customer experience.
- Lead a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
