We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Technical Specialist to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation.
About the Role:As a Senior Claims Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our claims team, ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
You will work closely with our claims team, brokers, and legal counsel to investigate and resolve complex claims, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and assess complex claims, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
- Provide technical support to claims team, brokers, and legal counsel
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including claimants, brokers, and legal counsel
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of liability claim handling experience
- Strong technical skills, including MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
