**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Disability Management team as the Regional Manager. This role will oversee the delivery of our Enhanced Disability Management Program (EDMP) services to our clients, providing strategic leadership and day-to-day account management.

**About the Role:**

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who provide EDMP services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to deliver the program within their work environments, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed and key performance indicators are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the Disability Management team
  • Managing client relationships and delivering the EDMP program
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Developing and implementing business plans to achieve growth and revenue targets
  • Leading and managing a team of professionals

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or college diploma in healthcare or disability management, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience in a complex team environment
  • Strong understanding of medical management, healthcare industry, labour issues, and regulatory organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude, with the ability to understand, anticipate, and identify customer needs

**Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a company laptop, headset, and home office equipment, as well as opportunities for education reimbursement and employee stock ownership.
