Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, updating care plans as needed
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive measures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining a compassionate and patient-centered approach
  • CPR certification
