We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at K Motel Steakhouse & Family Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to meet the demands of our restaurant.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, and a team player.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates 40 hours per week, and the language of work is English.
