Production Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Operations Coordinator to join our team at American Tall Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of production and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Task Organization: Prioritize and organize tasks to achieve production goals, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.
- Logistics Planning: Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule production runs, optimize resource allocation, and reduce costs.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track shipments, and ensure timely restocking of materials.
- Quality Control: Monitor production progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain reports on production progress, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a production or logistics role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
