Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at American Tall. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the production process, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile orders and instructions received from customers and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Organize tasks and prioritize work to meet production deadlines and maintain a high level of quality.
- Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including inventory management, supply chain management, and transportation coordination.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule production runs and estimate material and labor requirements.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports, inventory records, and other documentation as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or logistics role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain management, and transportation coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
