Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at American Tall Ltd.
Job Summary:The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the production process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records. This is a key role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile orders and instructions received from customers and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion.
- Organize tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines and optimize production efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Track and complete work orders, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate traffic flow of supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Compile worksheets and specifications of orders, consulting with production supervisors to schedule production runs.
- Estimate type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, construction, and other projects.
- Monitor production progress, preparing and maintaining progress reports.
- Provide customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Follow up on issues with work orders, ensuring timely resolution.
- Keep track of shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production or logistics role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
- Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
