Executive Director - Enrolment
Trinity College School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director - Enrolment to join its senior leadership team. This vital role provides initiative and leadership, facilitating enrolment management discussions and efforts.
The successful candidate will lead an Admissions Office of six staff members, overseeing the administration of the admission and financial assistance budgets, as well as all recruitment and enrolment efforts. They will work closely with the leadership team and other department heads to ensure the School's enrolment and reenrolment efforts are supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate an annual Strategic Enrolment Management Plan with goals and objectives in the five key areas of enrolment management.
- Coordinate all reenrolment activity, monitoring attrition and retention.
- Oversee the School's financial assistance program and budget in conjunction with the awards committee and the Philanthropy & Alumni Office.
- Inform the senior leadership team, admissions staff, and community about admissions and enrolment research, data, demographics, statistical data, and enrolment trends.
- Sit on the senior leadership team and contribute to the long-term planning and sustainability of Trinity College School.
Requirements:
- A university degree, preferably in education, business, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in school admissions, marketing, or comparable work.
Valued Skills:
- Knowledge of and/or an affinity for independent school education.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all the School's constituents while maintaining absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
- Highly self-directed and organized with an attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in the use of technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and database software.
