Production Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at OK Frozen Dough. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize workflows and improve productivity
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and quality
- Ensure compliance with OKFD Food Safety Program and Plant Safety Program
- Provide guidance and coaching to production team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Manage and maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and safety data
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Proven experience in a production or operations management role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
