Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at OK Frozen Dough. As a key member of our production management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution of production, safety, and quality control requirements.
  • Lead and motivate production team members to achieve production goals, maintain quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure compliance with OKFD Food Safety Program and Plant Safety Program.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage production schedules, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to production team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in production management, operations supervision, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality control principles, with the ability to implement and maintain high standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adjust to changing production demands.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
