Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient room allocation
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner
- Process group arrivals and departures, including handling room reservations and cancellations
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and local attractions
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, including responding to guest emergencies and maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as required
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, providing excellent customer service
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, including providing wheelchair accessibility and other accommodations
- Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls, ensuring timely and accurate service
- Provide customer service, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods, with a high level of physical stamina and endurance
- Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Previous experience in the hotel industry, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and procedures
- Knowledge of computer software, including word processing and other applications

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
