Role Overview:

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Acoustics Specialist to join our Resilience Team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical solutions for noise-related projects, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement noise modeling and analysis using advanced software tools, including CadnaA 4.4, Stamson 5.04, STAMINA 2.0, TNM 2.5, RAP-ONE, and EASE.
  • Conduct sound level measurements using Larson Davis Model, LXT and vibration measurements with Coco-80.
  • Perform site visits to collect data, complete measurements, and assess regulatory compliances for highway, industrial, and commercial properties.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in noise and vibration assessments, with a strong background in environmental management, technical expertise, or sustainability.
  • Engineering degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical engineering, with P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) eligibility.
  • Valid driver's license.
