Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Applewood Forming Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and operating equipment such as concrete vibrators and reciprocating saws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Operate equipment such as concrete vibrators, reciprocating saws, and circular saws
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and will be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards associated with construction sites.
