Job Description: We're seeking a skilled Cyber Security Specialist with expertise in Internet of Things (IoT) compliance to join our team. As a key member, you'll develop workshops, training materials, and whitepapers to support clients' compliance goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in various national and international cyber security standards such as IEC 62443, UL-2900, and ITSG 33.
  • Create engaging workshops and training materials to help clients achieve compliance.
  • Conduct hands-on testing of products and services, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and device-level testing.
  • Perform all necessary testing and auditing activities to support clients' compliance goals.
  • Interact with new and existing clients, developing strong relationships to drive business growth.
  • Present client solutions and participate in trade shows to promote Intertek's services.
  • Assist in proposal writing, specifying appropriate standards and pricing for clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cyber security, preferably with a focus on IoT compliance.
  • Familiarity with information technology security principles and industry-standard frameworks.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with penetration testing tools and techniques, including Kali, Nessus, and Metasploit.
  • Cyber security risk management experience, particularly in medical device security, UL-2900, IEC 62443, ISA99, and ETSI TS 103 645.
  • Non-manufacturer designations and certifications, such as CISSP, OSCP, CISA, CEH, and SANS.
  • Experience working in regulated, accredited facilities or environments.
  • Knowledge of computer programming or engineering, or equivalent job experience.
