About the Role

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Operations Centre Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for dispatching alarm and occurrence responses, coordinating scheduling changes, documenting all information into comprehensive reports, and ensuring necessary procedures are followed in the event of emergencies such as bomb threats, fires, and break-ins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching alarm and occurrence responses to ensure prompt and effective resolution of incidents.
  • Coordinating scheduling changes and book-offs to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Documenting all information into comprehensive reports to track incidents and trends.
  • Escalating situations to stakeholders as required to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Liaising with local emergency services and client personnel to resolve incidents effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a Control Room environment with CCTV and Access Card Systems.
  • Valid Security License for the province of Ontario.
  • Valid WSIB Approved First Aid Certificate Level C.
  • Must have certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB).
  • Functional ability with the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office software.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Superior customer service and professionalism.
