Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Surrey. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing office staff, supervising reception, and ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Supervise reception and ensure excellent customer service
  • Oversee office operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and inventory control
  • Provide administrative support to the managing partner and other staff members
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of office management experience, preferably in a law office setting
  • Proven track record of supervising staff and managing office operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and accounting software
