About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laser Cutter Operator to join our team at D&R Custom Steel. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for operating our laser cutting machine to precision-cut metal components for various projects.

Responsibilities
  • Operate laser cutting machine to precision-cut metal components
  • Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal parts
  • Collaborate with production team to meet project deadlines
  • Perform quality control checks on cut components
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of laser cutting machine
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in metal fabrication or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work at heights
