Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production department. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate daily production requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve departmental goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall performance
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production leadership role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
