Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. This includes managing banking transactions, trust accounting, payroll, and HR responsibilities. They will also provide administrative support to our lawyers, legal assistants, and accountant, as well as cover the reception desk during breaks and vacations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage banking transactions, including monitoring and posting transactions, processing bank deposits, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Oversee trust accounting and ensure compliance with the Law Society
• Coordinate payroll and remittance
• Manage HR responsibilities, including hiring, onboarding, tracking vacation/anniversaries, administering employee reviews, and addressing grievances
• Provide administrative support to lawyers, legal assistants, and accountant
• Cover the reception desk during breaks and vacations
• Perform other office administrative duties as required

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
• 5 years' experience in a similar administrative role
• Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks Desktop and PC Law
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Adaptability, dependability, and level-headedness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
