Resident Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Resident Manager to join our team at 180 Mill Street, London, ON. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our residential property.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of onsite tradespeople, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing the rules and regulations of the property.
- Host resident events and activities, fostering a sense of community among our residents.
- Previous experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, and customer service.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Previous experience in the Property Management industry.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
