Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, minor repair/maintenance, and showing units when necessary
- Perform administrative tasks, including responding to tenant inquiries and resolving issues
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with tenants
- Coordinate and supervise the work of onsite tradespeople
- Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing property rules and regulations
- Participate in snow removal and salting during winter months
- Host resident events and foster a sense of community
- Previous experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, and customer service
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Previous experience in the Property Management industry
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision
