About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Resident Manager to join our team at 180 Mill Street, London, ON. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, maintenance, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, minor repair/maintenance, and showing units when necessary
  • Perform administrative tasks, including responding to tenant inquiries and resolving issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with tenants
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of onsite tradespeople
  • Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing property rules and regulations
  • Participate in snow removal and salting during winter months
  • Host resident events and foster a sense of community
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, and customer service
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Previous experience in the Property Management industry
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision
