We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Winifred's English Pub. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary management and be able to lead a team of cooks and specialist chefs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory
  • Developing and implementing new cooking techniques and equipment training for staff
  • Supervising and training cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
  • Preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events and special guests
  • Requisitioning food and kitchen supplies
  • Ensuring high-quality food safety and handling practices

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English. We offer a competitive salary, health benefits, and a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
