Project Director for Integrated Systems Implementation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Project Management for Integrated Systems Implementation to lead our integrated management systems start-up teams across several major projects.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the schedules and quality of deliverables of several projects simultaneously, ensuring that each achieves its objectives. You will also provide guidance to other project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide start-up teams dedicated to initiating major construction projects.
- Coordinate project schedules and quality of deliverables to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Collaborate with IT and construction teams to customize and integrate systems according to project needs.
- Provide support and resolve issues that arise after the implementation of the integrated management system.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems.
- Engage stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- An educational background in construction engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on design-build projects.
- Proven experience in the implementation and operation of project management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- An ability to lead and influence teams on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to be as mobile as required for project visits and project offices, mainly in the greater Montreal area.
Additional Assets:
- A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI.
