Quality Assurance Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Stratosphere Quality team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our quality control team, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the work of quality control inspectors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide training and coaching to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and improving quality performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
