Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.
- Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and performance.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that the restaurant is operating efficiently.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations and Administration
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Security and Safety
- Ensure that the restaurant is operating in a safe and secure environment.
- Implement security and safety procedures to prevent accidents and losses.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
