Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and authorizing payments and merchandise returns. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train staff
  • Authorize payments and merchandise returns
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent
