Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk
