Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Hitchin Post Bar & Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on food costs, inventory, and sales.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and excellent communication skills.
