We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Barry Callebaut. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about continuous improvement and has experience in manufacturing.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement in our manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes, and ensuring that quality standards are met. If you have a strong background in lean manufacturing and excellent analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of process improvements initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with production staff to eliminate recurring customer complaints and non-conforming products
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary working groups to drive change and improvement
  • Support and participate in the implementation of all necessary actions to meet quality standards
  • Control and manage corporate improvement tools such as Team boards, 5S, and problem-solving techniques
  • Prepare relevant reports and statistics to be shared with management and teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, including Six Sigma experience
  • Three to five years' experience in manufacturing with statistical ability
  • Good knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts
  • Experience in Change Management and Project Management
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
  • High degree of computer literacy (Microsoft Office and SAP) with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Autonomy and good spirit of initiative

What We Offer

Barry Callebaut offers a challenging and dynamic international environment with opportunities for personal growth and development. Our salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
