About the Role

Giant Tiger is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Franchise Owner. As a Franchise Owner, you will have the opportunity to own and operate your own Giant Tiger store, making key business decisions and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Management: Oversee daily store operations, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and driving sales growth.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to promote the store and build brand awareness.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and community partners.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
