About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Electronic Systems Calibration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling Biomedical Test Systems using pre-built sub-assemblies to meet production requirements.
- Assemble Biomedical Test Systems using pre-built sub-assemblies to meet production requirements
- Perform testing and calibration of completed systems ensuring compliance with company operating procedures
- Detect and report process discrepancies, addressing non-conformances to maintain quality standards
- Understand basic electronics, such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, etc., to ensure system functionality
- Read and interpret basic circuit diagrams for troubleshooting and system assembly
- Perform other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Certificate/Diploma in electronics, electrical assembly or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards
- Knowledge of general safety protocols and practices
- Excellent manual dexterity for handling precision tasks
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines efficiently
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
We offer a competitive salary range of $39,520 - $43,680 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health care, dental care, life insurance coverage, employee assistance program, flexible schedule, casual dress, and on-site parking.
LocationThis is a full-time position located in Richmond, BC.
