We are seeking a seasoned internal communication and employee experience professional to join our Human Resources team as Principal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating internal communication strategies in collaboration with the human resources, marketing, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication plans to ensure effective communication of company initiatives and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and messaging for various communication channels.
- Manage internal news and content feed of various communication channels, including SharePoint, LinkedIn, web platforms, and email.
- Work closely with managers to ensure internal messaging is aligned with corporate strategies and communication priorities.
- Coordinate efforts with the marketing team for various communication methods, including internal and external channels, digital materials, social networks, web, and corporate events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, human resources, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position focused on internal communications.
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
- Strong writing, project management, change management, and content creation skills.
- Experience with social media, intranets, the Internet, or any other technological medium.
