Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Communications and Employee Experience Specialist to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies that drive business results and engage all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communications plans to mobilize employees around the company's key business priorities;
  • Plan and organize various events and employee meetings, including all related communications, logistics, and coordination;
  • Design and produce powerful communication tools (presentations, videos, visual Workplace publications, etc.) for a diverse audience in our various locations;
  • Write and edit various memos, announcements, and other documents for internal distribution in English and French;
  • Collaborate with various departments and locations for internal communications needs, aligning with the employer brand and employee engagement plan;
  • Monitor the internal communications calendar;
  • Propose and implement initiatives, activities, or events aimed at rallying and mobilizing various stakeholders around communications projects or objectives;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience, mainly in internal communications;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English (fully bilingual);
  • Excellent consulting and change management skills;
  • Strong writing skills and ability to explain complex subjects in plain language;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to organize and plan work;
  • Ability to see the big picture and take cultural considerations into account when drafting and disseminating messages;
  • Enthusiasm, determination, creativity, and discernment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with confidential information;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relational skills; ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with different teams in a dynamic environment across various locations;
  • Knowledge of multimedia content production (graphic design, video) is an asset.
