Tax Services Director

At Colliers International, we're seeking a highly skilled Tax Services Director to join our team. As a key member of our property tax services group, you'll be responsible for identifying property tax savings opportunities for our clients.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, deadline-driven work environment where you'll manage projects and staff to deliver exceptional results. You'll possess strong oral and written communication, presentation, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
What We're Looking For
- A college or university degree with a minimum of 3 years of property tax consulting experience, or a minimum of 6 years of property tax consulting experience.
- Extensive experience with property tax assessment reviews and appeals.
- Strong business development skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
What Success Looks Like
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing projects and staff to identify property tax savings opportunities for clients.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Providing expert advice on property tax matters and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
