Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and facilitate effective communication to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external web developers, designers, and content creators to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Oversee project budgets, including resource allocation, cost estimation, and expenditure tracking.
  • Prioritize projects and tasks based on value, cost, and impact.
  • Manage list of owned domains to retain key domains, prevent domain expiration, and reduce broken links.
  • Liaise with IT Operations team to schedule and coordinate deployments and stakeholder communications.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of web deliverables to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years experience in project coordination or project management for web development and/or digital projects.
  • Strong understanding of web development processes, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with digital design and web standards such as AODA, WCAG is ideal.
  • Experience with Zendesk and Microsoft Suite programs is an asset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a bonus.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French with strong writing and presenting skills.
